The app adapts to employment type. Seafarers get vessel workspace navigation—Work, tasks, stores, and operations tools. Shore-based crew see timesheet, payroll, SMS, and office-oriented tabs. Your company controls which modules each role sees through ERP permissions—not every user sees procurement or noon reports.

When a crew member completes a job card offline, the queue syncs to ERP—work log, work order status, and shore dashboards update from the same database.

Crew Space (shared terminal)

Shared device on the bridge or mess? On a shared tablet, crew can sign in with a terminal flow (welcome → select crew → PIN) without leaving personal payroll or profile data on the shared home screen. Ideal for mess-room kiosks and team devices. Modules such as personal payroll and full profile are restricted in Crew Space sessions for privacy.
