Noon report

Tenant-configured noon forms per vessel — fuel grades, equipment consumers, position, weather, and engine data — posted to voyage log, bunker, and analytics without duplicate entry.

Daily reporting that matches your SMS

Replace email noon sheets with structured capture on board and identical numbers on shore — linked to charter voyage context, fuel KPIs, and finance OPEX maps.

Fuel grades per vessel

Configure HFO, MGO, LNG, or custom grades on the noon template — ROB and 24h consumption per grade.

Per-equipment consumption

Split burn across main engine, auxiliaries, boilers, or other consumers for technical accountability.

Bunker ledger

Noon entries reconcile with bunker deliveries and corrections — one fuel audit trail.

Position

Prefill latitude/longitude from AIS when available; master may enter DMS or decimal degrees manually.

Weather

Fields prefilled from integrated weather APIs; master or chief engineer can adjust to observed conditions.

Engine performance

RPM, power, slip, and other metrics per vessel template — optional IoT feed where Fleet IoT is enabled.

Noon report equipment configuration

In Settings → Noon report equipment, administrators define how each vessel reports consumption:

  • Per-vessel fuel consumers (ME, AE, boiler, etc.)
  • Mapped register units tied to the equipment tree
  • Default fuel grades for noon forms and bunker posting
  • Which performance fields appear for engineers vs deck
  • Validation rules before master sign-off
